Based in Nanaimo Vancouver Island Elite Network Solutions is well situated to service all points of Vancouver Island. Our business does not service the general public - nor do we sell computer related products to the general public. We service businesses only. Our hours of operation are between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:000 PM Pacific Time. We also do remote support until 9:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
Elite Network Solutions uses the concept of the virtual office for day to day business operations. The simple fact is the vast majority of our work is conducted on customers sites and not in our office. Therefore all our staff are equipped with Laptops, blackberry devices and we make extensive use of Microsoft Terminal Services - VPN technology and Voice Over IP which allows us to be truly mobile and not dependant on an actual commercial office to conduct business. This allows us easily to extend the area's that we can affectively service.
The concept of the virtual office also means that we do not maintain expensive store fronts - or rent expensive office space. This helps us maintain our cost of doing business and allows you the customer to enjoy the best in service rates on Vancouver Island and British Columbia. Our office which is located near downtown Nanaimo is not open to the public.
While we are based in Nanaimo Elite Network Solutions does service the lower mainland - and our remote computer support can support all points in Canada and the US.
